About the role

We are hiring a Social Media & Content Marketing Lead to lead the social media for Doctor Anywhere across Southeast Asia. As Social Media Lead, you will build one of the most trusted healthcare brands in Singapore through social. Your mission is not to chase trends or optimise clicks — it is to Build credibility in healthcare, Humanise doctors and medical expertise, Make Doctor Anywhere feel accessible, personalised, inclusive, and modern and Turn social into a trust engine that drives long-term brand equity, usage, and advocacy. You will own the organic social ecosystem.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Own the Social Content Strategy (Trust-Led, Not Trend-Led)

  • Translate Doctor Anywhere’s brand strategy into a clear social content architecture across platforms (not one-content fits all platform)
  • Activate the four content pillars (Brand Building, Thought-leadership, Educational, Community Building) with consistency and intent
  • Ensure content builds confidence before conversion
  • Balance emotional storytelling with clinical credibility

2. Activate Doctors, Founder & Medical Leaders as Ambassadors

  • Partner closely with the Founder, Medical Lead, and Doctors to bring them onto social
  • Shape thought leadership content that is clear, credible, and human
  • Coach medical talent to be effective on camera (without over-polishing)
  • Ensure medical accuracy, tone, and trust are never compromised

3. Lead Organic Social Execution End-to-End

  • Own the content calendar, formats, and publishing cadence
  • Oversee creation of Reels, short videos, carousels, Stories, and long-form posts
    Collaborate with creatives, videographers, editors, and agencies
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and cultural relevance

4. Build a Two-Way Community, Not a Broadcast Channel

  • Turn comments, reviews, and questions into content
  • Create feedback loops (comment-to-content, Q&As, etc)
  • Moderate conversations with empathy, especially in sensitive health topics
  • Partner with Comms on response protocols for medical or reputational issues

5. Partner Closely with PR, Brand, and Performance Teams

  • Align social narratives with PR stories, launches, and earned media
  • Repurpose thought leadership and press into social-native formats
  • Support performance marketing with confidence-building organic content
  • Ensure organic and paid work in tandem — not in silos

6. Measure What Matters (Beyond Likes)

  • Track performance across:
    • Trust signals (saves, shares, sentiment)
    • Engagement quality (comments, questions, replies)
    • Brand lift indicators (profile visits, brand search uplift)
  • Use insights to refine content strategy continuously
  • Educate stakeholders on why trust-led metrics matter in healthcare

  • Organic social performance contributes meaningfully to brand health metrics and lower CAC

About you

  • 3-5+ years in social media, content, or brand marketing
  • Experience building credible brands (health, fintech, education, tech, regulated industries preferred)
  • Strong understanding of short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
  • Experience collaborating with PR, Comms, and Medical/Legal teams
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into clear creative direction
  • Empathy – You understand vulnerability in healthcare and communicate with care and humanity.
  • Judgement – You know when not to post and how to balance creativity with responsibility.
  • Clarity – You simplify complex ideas into clear, reassuring communication.
  • Creative Taste – You know what good looks like and can lead creatively while executing well.
  • Leadership – You inspire creatives and earn trust from doctors and stakeholders.
