Our focus is on cultivating relationships with insurance providers, healthcare agencies, and corporate clients, empowering them to provide exceptional healthcare experiences for their employees and communities.
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Professional Executive/Assistant Manager to grow and support our corporate direct client segment and digital benefits platform partnerships. This role will manage relationships with corporate HR teams and business owners, onboard partners, and drive utilisation of our digital platform.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure smooth implementation, and drive platform adoption. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales pipeline growth.
This role suits someone who is confident presenting to corporate clients, comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams, and experienced in the employee benefits ecosystem.
This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Head of Employees Benefit
A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:
Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Development
- Identify and engage prospective corporate clients through outreach, networking and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments and present suitable employee benefits and digital platform solutions to HR and business decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain professional and trusted relationships to support ongoing client engagement and long-term partnership potential.
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to provide insight on customer needs and product positioning.
Digital Platform Onboarding & Workflow Alignment
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients and partners on the digital platform.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, Claims, Customer Service) to align workflows, service processes and operational requirements.
- Coordinate data preparation, platform configuration, system testing and go-live activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to processes and user experience.
Training, Enablement & Partner Support
- Conduct platform demonstrations and training for HR teams, partners and end-users to drive adoption.
- Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure alignment with service expectations and platform usage goals.
- Track utilisation metrics and engagement to identify opportunities for further optimisation.
Lead Generation & Business Development Support
- Work with the Marketing team to support lead-generation campaigns, events and outreach activities.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, sales presentations and tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records, activity tracking and reporting to support business planning and forecasting.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of related Business Development and Account Management experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance or Financial Advisory sectors
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with HR stakeholders and business leaders.
- Proactive business development go-getter, looking to push beyond good, with desire to achieve excellent sales results.
- Highly motivated and innovative individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to continuously meet tight deadlines and service standards.
- Confident in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions with both small groups and senior audiences.
- Well-organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively across internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
