We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team to enhance our consumer facing product capabilities serving the needs of the healthcare industry.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Define product vision and scale DA's suite of healthcare solutions
- Act as the voice of the users - Leverage data, user research, market analysis, and competitive landscape to drive product insights & feature prioritization
- Create a product roadmap for your specific product domain to maximize business value and user satisfaction, align the strategy with the rest of the company, drive the implementation of the strategy, and measure success
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Engineering, and Designers to build a feature or product that solves users’ pain points as well as bring business value
- Break down complex business requirements into actionable solutions and develop user stories, roadmaps, and release plans
Domain: Patient Journey & Support
- Craft a seamless end-to-end patient experience from first touch (onboarding) to post-consultation care.
- Own funnel conversion, session engagement and CSAT—using qualitative insights & analytics to prioritize improvements.
- Champion accessibility, trust and compliance in KYC and medical-data workflows.
- Drive adoption of programme modules to expand Doctor Anywhere offering.
- Lead the roadmap for customer-support tooling—integrating AI and knowledge bases to reduce ticket volume and time-to-resolution.
- Partner with General Health Services, Customer Support, Engineering and Data teams to surface insights and measure outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in bringing at multiple product features from conception to launch
- Experience in managing consumer-facing applications across digital platforms such as native mobile apps, responsive web, interactive platforms
- Clear understanding of data structures, performing analysis to track success metrics
- Experience in working with engineering team and in Agile/Scrum development process
- Self-starter with relentless curiosity and creativity in pursuit of growth
- Comfortable with self determination in an ambiguous environment
