Our Finance department is a fundamental part of Doctor Anywhere and plays a major role in ensuring the company's financial stability. We are responsible for advising management on financial decisions that have a far reaching impact on the company's future.

About The Role

We are seeking Assistant Finance and Admin (Accounts Receivable) who will be supporting the day-to-day reimbursement processing for our business.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment. You are passionate about learning new processes, keen to interact with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership for the work delivered.

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and reporting to Finance Team Lead, Thailand.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Quality:
  • Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and targets.
• Invoice Processing:
  • Issue B2B/B2C Sales Invoice request from related departments
  • Process and upload Consultation Sales invoices into the accounting system.
• Billing Management:
  • Monthly Billing to B2B customer
  • Monthly Prepare document support for billing to Insurance Company
  • Maintain customer files and update contact information.

• Receipt Processing:
  • Record and Issue Receipt/Tax Invoice and send to customer
  • Monitor accounts to ensure receipts are up to date.

• Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile Account Receivable transactions.
  • Prepare A/R Aging monthly reports.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes.
    
• Taxation:
  • Prepare Monthly Sale Vat report ( PP.30)
  • Filing withholding tax deduction certificates from customer
    

• Company Asset:
  • Take care and keep record for all Company Asset

• Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Continuous improvements:
  • Assist and support implementation of work project initiatives as when required.
  • Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes
  • Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines
• Other Ad-hoc Tasks
  

About You

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration with minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Healthcare industry will be an added advantage
• Knowledgeable and experienced in accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, audit and taxation
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software preferably in Oracle NetSuite and MS office / G-suite applications
• Meticulous, independent, proactive, responsible, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
• Proficient in oral and written English will be an added advantage
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
