About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and drive operational excellence across key functions, ensuring a seamless and personalized healthcare experience for our patients.

This role will oversee key operations for the business unit, covering concierge, provider and hospital operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, capable of enhancing service delivery, optimizing processes, and driving business growth.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead and manage teams that are based in Malaysia and Singapore across multiple functions including concierge, call centre and provider operations
• Define internal KPIs and track team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Drive a service-first culture, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achieving client and internal KPIs
• Work closely with leadership to implement strategies, operational improvements, and explore new technologies / innovations to enhance efficiency, profitability, and growth
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support business growth, ensuring operational readiness and team preparedness for expansion

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or customer service industries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple business functions.
• Strategic thinker and strong problem-solving capabilities to drive business growth, optimize processes, and enhance service delivery
• Previous regional experience is a plus
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
