Our Finance department is a fundamental part of Doctor Anywhere and plays a major role in ensuring the company's financial stability. We are responsible for advising management on financial decisions that have a far reaching impact on the company's future.

About the role

We are seeking a Finance and Admin, Assistant to provide accounting and finance support to the company.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment. You are passionate about learning new processes, keen to interact with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership for work delivered.

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand and reports directly to the Senior Accounting Manager and supports the Thailand Finance Team.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

Accounting / Finance / Tax Duties:

• Record monthly sales and revenue transactions.
• Collect revenue details to prepare monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate and follow up on check collections and invoice payments within deadlines, including overdue payments.
• Prepare insurance claim documents.
• Process tax withholding documents.
• Systematically manage financial and accounting documents.
• Conduct asset inventory and maintain asset registers.
• Prepare sales tax reports.
• Perform other assigned tasks (ad-hoc).

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Basic proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English.
• Responsible, honest, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
