This role will not only provide direct patient care but also contribute to the strategic direction of our healthcare services. The Clinical Lead will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient experience, improve clinical workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee and drive the development of our medical services in Thailand. This role will be responsible for clinical operations, service innovation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Clinical Lead will report directly to the General Manager, DA Thailand, and work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Practice: Provide patient consultations at the DA Clinic, ensuring high standards of medical care.
• Service Development: Lead the launch of new healthcare services, including virtual care, specialist clinics, and corporate wellness programs.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously review and improve clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Act as the key liaison with the Thai Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) to ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations.
• Client & Partner Engagement: Represent DA Thailand in external client meetings, corporate wellness events, and health talks to drive awareness and engagement.
• Quality Assurance & Training: Provide clinical guidance to the medical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BD, Ops, and Product teams to align medical services with business objectives and customer needs.

About You

• A licensed General Practitioner (GP) with a recognized medical degree and eligibility to practice in Thailand.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with experience in telemedicine, corporate healthcare, or digital health services.
• Strong understanding of Thai healthcare regulations and MoPH requirements.
• Experience in service development, process improvement, or medical operations is a plus.
• Confident in engaging with external stakeholders including corporate clients and government agencies.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
