About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Executive, Provider Management who will provide accurate and prompt assistance to the panel network of providers with accurate information and able to communicate effectively in between internal stakeholders and external parties (Eg. Panel Providers, Insurance Partners, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will
demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up
environment.

Prior experiences in Healthcare Administration, Insurance industries, Specialist or Hospital
Practice will be helpful.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and reports to the Singapore Provider team.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

• Respond to queries and concerns received via call and email while ensuring a high standard of quality. This also includes escalations received from internal and external parties
• Provides assistance to internal stakeholders by reaching out to panel providers with urgency and ensure pre-agreed fees are adhered to and is within Reasonable & Customary fee

• Conduct investigation and provide complaints resolution in relation to any feedback or escalation case related to panel providers
• Assist on creation and maintenance of the panel provider profile database and ensure all provider data/contracts are promptly and appropriately updated in relevant systems
• Support and assist the Managers to complete the credentialing process and onboarding of providers.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned when appropriate

About you

• Any relevant discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Health Claims, Healthcare/ Third Party Administration domain, Specialist, Hospitals or Insurance industries
• Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment
• Detail-oriented person and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to assess situations, gather relevant data and provide solutions
• You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves
  attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
• Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun
