Our Regional Growth team is critical to Doctor Anywhere's development. Our main responsibility is to expand our business horizons beyond Singapore, forging strategic partnerships regionally. We work together to make healthcare accessible to millions of users across Southeast Asia and beyond.

About the role

  • Support Business Development Managers in their strategy to deepen engagement level with insurance agencies and insurance agents, sell DA medical concierge and develop the business pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify and prospect new sales leads for the DA medical concierge, and support the sales opportunity cycles.
  • Establishing partnerships with insurance agents and potential insurance agency companies to expand the users of DA medical concierge services and other medical services.
  • Proactively communicate relevant information to various other areas to ensure they have the necessary understanding to make decisions.
  • Support the marketing campaign and event related to clients.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender proposals, pricing and other pitch related documents.
  • Establishing good communication with insurance agents and insurance agency companies, particularly at the managerial level.
  • Support reporting in regular sales meetings.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2- 3 years of related Marketing, Business Development or Account Management experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment in insurance and hospital or healthcare.
  • Having channel insurance agencies and insurance agents.
  • Proactive business development go-getter, looking to push beyond good, with desire to achieve excellent sales results.
  • Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring sales meetings are well organized and agreements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiar working with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, social media, and other online mobile tools
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
