Job Description:

Mekari is building its enterprise marketing function from the ground up. We are looking for an Enterprise Marketing Associate to be the hands-on executor across demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM) activations, pipeline acceleration, marketing operations and automation, high-converting assets, and partner and awareness programs — targeting enterprise organizations across Indonesia.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Marketing (who owns enterprise strategy and pipeline targets), this role works alongside the SDR team (which owns the target-account list and lead qualification), the dedicated events team (which owns event delivery), and the partnership, performance-marketing, SEO/organic, and social teams. Because the enterprise motion is greenfield, this suits someone early in their B2B marketing career who is highly organized, execution-strong, data- and automation-savvy, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to build repeatable processes from scratch.

  • Enterprise Demand Generation (Organic & Paid)
    • Execute organic demand-generation across the website, ecosystem, and blog/non-blog content to grow qualified leads from priority enterprise segments.
    • Support paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and SEM in coordination with performance marketing, and help monitor pacing and monthly budget utilization.
    • Build and quality-check campaign assets, landing pages, and forms; coordinate with Central and Tribe teams to avoid overlap.
  • ABM Activations (aligned to the SDR-targeted greenfield list)
    • Execute ABM activations against the SDR-maintained greenfield / named-account list — targeted webinars, private roundtables, and 1:1 matchmaking at events (the account list and qualification are owned by SDR; event delivery is owned by the events team).
    • Assemble personalized 1:1 and 1:few campaign assets for priority accounts.
    • Track marketing engagement on target accounts and feed engagement signals back to the SDR and sales teams.
  • Pipeline Acceleration Support
    • Support conversion of existing MQLs into SQLs within target velocity, coordinating ABM touches and content.
    • Help re-engage stalled or aged pipeline through targeted campaigns and offline ABM touchpoints.
    • Contribute to marketing-influenced opportunities and won deals.
  • Marketing Operations, CRM & Automation
    • Help build and maintain a live pipeline dashboard in Zoho CRM / Analytics as the single source of truth, replacing scattered spreadsheets.
    • Support syncing and reconciliation of leads between the SDR database and the marketing CRM/analytics stack, and run regular data-hygiene checks with Sales, SDR, and Marketing.
    • Support build-out of marketing and SDR automations — lead distribution from ecosystem sources, chatbot / WhatsApp routing, enrichment (page-ID translation for personalized follow-up), and LinkedIn-signal reporting to expand the SDR touch pool.
    • Contribute to the pipeline-acceleration playbook — stage definitions, SLAs, and hand-off triggers.
  • High-Converting Marketing Assets
    • Support clear positioning and a complete website environment to capture and convert high-quality leads, with a focus on lifting traffic-to-lead conversion.
    • Help build and apply a brand messaging guideline, including AI-assisted copy workflows (e.g. Claude skills / NotebookLM).
    • Support the consultation-booking flow (SDR meeting ahead of the sales meeting) and scheduling automation on the marketing website.
  • Partner Co-Marketing Support
    • Coordinate system-integrator (SI) co-marketing programs and partner activations to source enterprise leads (shared with the Partnership team).
    • Support partner social activations (LinkedIn / Instagram) and getting Mekari's enterprise solutions featured on SI partner websites.
  • Awareness & Social (ICP-focused)
    • Support ICP-focused awareness on LinkedIn and social — growing ICP followers and producing high-reach content — in coordination with the social media team.
  • Reporting & Sales Alignment
    • Compile timely campaign, pipeline, and partner performance reporting for the Head of Enterprise Marketing.
    • Participate in Sales / SDR / Marketing alignment rhythms and keep CRM records accurate and current.

Who You'll Be Marketing To (Enterprise ICP)
The enterprise motion targets operations-led buying at mid-to-large, multi-site organizations. This role must quickly learn how operations, IT, and finance leaders evaluate and buy enterprise software in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

    • Priority industries: Manufacturing, Construction & Engineering, Natural Resources & Energy, Logistics & Distribution, and Financial Services.
    • Typical personas: Operations, IT, Innovation / Digital Transformation, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance managers at multi-site organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS/technology preferred) across demand generation, campaign execution, events support, or marketing operations. Strong internship experience will be considered for exceptional fresh graduates.
  • Comfortable with CRM and analytics tools (Zoho CRM / Analytics), LinkedIn, and paid platforms (Meta / Google) — and eager to build dashboards and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, marketing automation and AI tools — e.g. chatbot / WhatsApp flows, lead-routing automation, and AI-assisted content (Claude / NotebookLM).
  • Excellent organization, project coordination, and attention to detail; data-oriented with solid spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a greenfield function.

Preferred

  • Exposure to ABM, pipeline / revenue operations, or complex enterprise B2B sales cycles.
  • Understanding of SaaS or enterprise operational software.
  • Familiarity marketing to operations, IT, and finance buyers in manufacturing, construction, energy, logistics, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian enterprise market and its relationship-led buying dynamics.
