What You’ll Do

• Support the Operations team in daily workflows and coordination across departments
• Manage data and reports using Excel and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency
• Contribute ideas to enhance counselor and student experiences
• Gain firsthand exposure to business operations in a fast-growing EdTech organization

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
