This position is with Kaaiser, a subsidiary of Manifest Global, which also includes brands such as Explore by Cialfo and BridgeU. Please note that this is a 5.5-day working role.

About This Role

As a Telecaller at Kaaiser (under the umbrella of Manifest Global) you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, playing a vital role in driving engagement and conversions. You will be responsible for reaching out to leads, scheduling counselling sessions, and maintaining accurate communication records using CRM tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll work closely with counsellors and the admissions team to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every prospective student.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the management.
  • Accurately update call outcomes and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Identify and qualify prospective students, passing them on to the counsellors for further guidance.
  • Schedule and confirm counselling appointments through phone interactions.
  • Send bulk and individual WhatsApp messages and email creatives to prospects as needed.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by the organization.

About You

  • Qualifications
    • At least Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience:
    • 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
    • Prior experience in education, counselling, or student outreach is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and Outlook is required.
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Strong verbal communication in English (knowledge of a local language is a plus).
    • Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a team environment.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations efficiently.
