About This Role

Our Client Partnering team spans the globe. We work with our client users to define and achieve success and support their use of the Cialfo platform. We believe in putting our clients first - through our client community initiatives, training and support efforts, and user adoption programs. Our team is energetic and fun, and we strive to ensure our clients' needs are met consistently.

As a Client Partner, India, you'll work closely with our partner high schools in India to discover their needs and requirements, and then coach them on the best ways to use Cialfo to solve them. You'll build long-term relationships with your accounts that go beyond feature usage or student adoption and turn your most engaged clients into vocal advocates of the platform.

You will work with Cialfo's student support teams (Advising and Application Operations) to drive customer value from our industry-leading Direct Apply feature. As a squad, you will work together to support counselors and their students, find best-fit programs all over the globe, and achieve application and enrollment targets.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will also work together with Cialfo's product, sales, and marketing teams to provide input into strategic customer plans, helping them identify areas where existing customers could improve their use of Cialfo, or uncover new uses for Cialfo.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you'll focus on:

  • Renewal: Building on your relationships with clients and highlighting the value Cialfo brings each account, you will be responsible for renewing your clients and expanding contract value by 30%.
  • Retention: Successful onboarding and training, followed by proactive engagement and building delight in our product, new features, and services will all help you achieve your 100% account retention goal!
  • Referral: You'll strive to ensure client happiness and make our clients natural advocates of Cialfo by driving participation in our community, social forums, and client testimonial opportunities.
  • Revenue Opportunity: Thoughtfully promote Cialfo’s additional revenue-driving products, such as Direct Apply, High School Tours, and Application Services to bring value to your clients and meet your regional revenue goals.

About You

  • Qualifications
    • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of meaningful experience in customer success, client experience, account management, or strategic consulting organization.
    • Proven track record of driving and implementing revenue growth through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
    • Sales experience, particularly in IT/Services and Education industries, is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
    • Previous experience in SaaS education technology is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sector.
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Strong proficiency in English language.
    • Amazing communication and consulting skills - the ability to collaborate with clients to uncover how they define success.
    • Demonstrated street credibility by working with a high volume of tiered accounts across diverse regions internationally.
    • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
    • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills, highlighting the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
