About This Role

Cialfo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their educational goals, and assist University Enrolment Advisor through the process of guiding the student in choosing the best fit international study destination, university and program. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions. This opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the customer service team within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
  • Student Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand the academic background, course of interest, and preferences of potential students.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement, address any concerns, and provide additional information as needed.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, inquiries, and applications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

About You

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • Skills & Qualities
    1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    2. Strong customer service orientation.
    3. Knowledge of overseas higher education systems, universities, and admission processes.
    4. Experience in telecalling or customer-facing roles preferred.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other communication platforms.
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
