What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist associate director to handle daily students & parents real-time inquiries via WeChat/ email/phone and necessary tracking and feedback on designated cases
  • Manage short-term program related inquiries aligned with service level agreements.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to compile information, research, and present final projects during the internship.
  • Other real-time work arranged by the department director

About You

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in the relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Proven track record of good customer service and prospecting to create new leads, achieving personal and team goals.
    • Experience WeChat community management.
    • Proficiency with Excel is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Experience selling B2C preferred.
    • Interested in joining a fast-growing education technology startup.
    • Result oriented, disciplined, methodological, resilient.
    • Coachable and value feedback.
    • Strong remote communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good bilingual expression and communication skills in Chinese and English, especially reading and writing.

飞汇相关具体工作内容:

  • 负责飞汇家长私域群的日常维护,用户使用前中后答疑。完成完整的销售闭合。
  • 协助经理进行现有社群活动内容的策划及运营,挖掘潜在用户渠道,建设多样化的裂变方式
  • 建立和优化社群管理机制和激励机制。调动用户的社群活跃度。
  • 分析用户行为数据,并能根据数据结果及时调整运营策略。
  • 洞察留学支付细分领域动态和趋势,通过现有渠道吸引新用户,同时能够主动开发潜在渠道

冬校夏校具体工作内容

  • 1. 调研,整理,比较,分析现有市面上冬令营,夏令营项目。
  • 2. 整理流程化现有的销售,行前服务板块。
  • 3. 负责签约付款后行前服务的家长学生一对一咨询,并做好客户记录。
