About This Role

Cialfo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller who will be responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective students over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions. This opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in the customer service team within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

What You Will Be Doing

• Interacting via various channels, such as emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

About You

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Skills & Qualities
• Strong communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, strong sense of integrity, self-motivated & eager to learn.
• Prior experience with customer service is a plus.
