Program Manager, Lifecycle Marketing
Canva
Job Description
Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Kamusta, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia, but with many of our Canvanauts calling the Philippines home, our office in Manila is a buzzing place. Whether your role needs you in the office, at home or a bit of both, we've created an environment that truly empowers you to thrive.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
We are looking for a Creative Program Manager who can manage lifecycle requests and projects from briefing to delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating the creative workflow, managing timelines to move tasks through to completion, setting expectations with internal clients, and being the ‘glue’ that connects our creative and stakeholders across the course of the project.
You’re a stickler for process and able to create and implement creative and operational workflows that support successful delivery. You’re incredibly organised and a great communicator with a bias for effective and efficient problem solving.
You will be part of the Canva Creative Team and work in conjunction with many other teams at Canva (Marketing, Product, Experiential, brand).
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Partnering closely with the Creative Lead to deliver Canva’s lifecycle campaigns from ideation through to execution
- Triage and manage incoming lifecycle project requests, aligning stakeholders, requirements, and timelines for successful delivery
- Owning resource planning for the Lifecycle Creative team, balancing capacity, prioritising briefs, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify workflows, helping the team scale efficiently and move faster
- Coordinating creative workshops and reviews by setting clear objectives, managing agendas, and supporting strong collaboration
- Liaising with production partners to manage delivery timelines, asset coordination, and smooth handovers
- Contributing to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture where great creative work can thrive
You're probably a match if:
- You have 3–5 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or production environments
- You bring experience in lifecycle or digital marketing, or are excited to grow your skills in this space
- You’ve managed high-volume creative output in fast-paced environments and know how to juggle competing priorities
- You have a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing channels, such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- You’re comfortable using creative and workflow tools, like Monday.com, Asana, Canva, or similar platforms — and are curious about AI-enabled production tools
- You’re a confident communicator and stakeholder partner, able to lead cross-functional conversations and influence without formal authority
- You’re solutions-oriented, with a passion for operational excellence and creating meaningful creative impact
