About the Role/Specialty
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll independently manage end-to-end hiring across the CJKI region, with a focus on China. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines, run smooth processes, and ensure every candidate has a great experience. You’ll also support broader recruitment initiatives, bringing insights and improvements to how we hire in the region.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across tech, product, and business teams in China
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Execute sourcing strategies using local platforms, referrals, events, and social media
- Drive interview processes including coordination, feedback loops, and candidate communication
- Ensure every candidate has an inclusive and engaging experience with Canva
- Collaborate with global and regional TA partners to share insights and align on best practices
- Use data and feedback to recommend process improvements and streamline hiring operations
Qualifications

We’re looking for a recruiter who brings initiative, curiosity, and a passion for great hiring. You’re ready to step up, take ownership, and grow in a collaborative and mission-driven team.
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in tech or product-led organisations
- Good understanding of the China talent market, sourcing platforms, and candidate behaviours
- Confident working independently on active roles, with support from senior TA partners when needed
- Skilled in stakeholder communication – able to build trust with hiring managers and provide strong guidance
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused – you enjoy solving challenges in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, both written and spoken
