Job Description

Position Overview:

Canva is seeking a customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team in Manila. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in Canva's products and services. You will leverage your sales expertise to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of Canva's solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from potential customers interested in Canva's products and services.
  • Build rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs, understanding their design challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value propositions of Canva's subscription plans and premium offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Canva's capabilities and help prospects envision how our platform can meet their design needs.
  • Provide accurate pricing information, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using a CRM software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development to continuously improve sales processes and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Canva's products in the marketplace.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in inbound sales, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse customer segments.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools [Gong, Outreach and Linkedin Navigator]
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
