We are seeking an experienced strategic sales professional to join our Structured Notes team in New York City. This high impact position will play an instrumental role in expanding relationships with new and existing Enterprise clients including RIA Aggregators, Independent Broker-Dealers, and Bank & Trusts institutions. As the Structured Notes Enterprise Vice President, you will work closely with your various teams both internally and externally to deepen relationships with existing Enterprise clients to unlock growth opportunities for the Structured Notes business line. You will play a key role in client engagement, offering tailored solutions, and providing high-quality service to meet the unique needs of our largest RIA, Independent Broker Dealer and Banks and Trust clients . The ideal candidate will have a strategic business development mindset, experience covering key accounts, a solid understanding of structured notes, and familiarity with alternative investment products and platform technology. Responsibilities

  • Manage key account relationships to drive structured notes sales and asset retention through proactive strategic client management and engagement
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers, sales teams, and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy and business development
  • Originate calls and schedule in-person meetings, events and teach-ins to expand the client base and increase product adoption with key accounts
  • Prepare customized presentations, client-focused materials, and sales collateral in collaboration with senior sales professionals and marketing teams to enhance advisor engagement and promote platform features
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new clients, conducting introductory calls, platform demonstrations, and providing ongoing relationship management and support Provide insights on the platform’s tools, new functionalities, and product benefits to advisors
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and CAIS’s product offerings to maintain competitive positioning. Develop in-depth expertise across all structured notes, platform technologies, and business infrastructure
  • Undertake special projects and responsibilities as needed, based on capacity, skills, and interest.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relationship management, business development or external sales experience covering national accounts in the structured note space
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline required
  • Series 7 and 63
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to continuous professional development and improvement of the team
  • Excellent client service aptitude and attitude
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
