核心工作事项:

1. 对新业务新产品的风控评审，识别风险敞口制定相应的风控策略；

2. 结合监管要求，搭建完整的风控体系，包括制定风险内控制度，梳理风控系统、风控模型建设需求，牵头对接监管、清算机构、协会指定的各类风控相关的系统等；

3. 制订商户管理标准，负责日常商户准入审批、商户监测、商户清退、风险事件处置，司法合作（反赌反诈）等；目标人选画像：

目标人选画像：

1. 本科以上学历，支付领域从业五年以上工作经验；

2. 了解国内监管部门对支付机构风控管理相关要求，有参与现场检查相关经验优先；

3. 熟悉跨境支付领域的业务模式和风险特征；兼具国内风控经验优先；

4. 具有风控系统建设、风控模型建设和优化的等相关项目推进经验。

5. 沟通能力强，善于内部协同；

6. 英语读写熟练，可进行日常交流。
