Why We Need You
As the manager/senior associate in revenue operations, you will act as a business analyst to drive the improvement and insights for sales target/performance management, data/incentive operation and pricing/billing strategy to empower the scalable growth of business. You will play a key role in interacting with many different stakeholders of the organization such as Commercial, Product and Data.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Conduct quantitative analysis and data model to identify trends and insights to support revenue growth.
2.Manage sales team/individual’s target setting processes and incentive operations to drive sales performance.
3.Execute pricing support for complex deal modeling and manual billing support to enable high-efficiency and compliance of monthly closing requirements
4.Develop and implement territory management strategies to ensure the effective distribution of resources.
5.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions to meet business needs.
6.Build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive the automation and visibility of data to business
7.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
8.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
9.Provide training and support to end-users on systems and tools related to revenue operations.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
2.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a revenue operations capacity.
3.Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of data querying languages (e.g. SQL).
4.Experience with data automation, dashboard creation and data visualization.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
6.Knowledge of sales target management and incentive operations.
7.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
8.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
9.Team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
